Rawlins to Jackson, WY

Hey Francis,

Do you remember your route from Rawlins to Jackson, WY? I read your Teton post but, I'm confused on the Rawlins to the Green in the Winds route. Did you go cross country from Rawlins to highway 28, then hitch into Lander and start into the winds from there? Or route directly to Lander?

Any help you can offer before you go to Africa! Say safe

I would have to look at a map to have any hope in recalling what was my exact route. I don't remember going into Lander, so I suspect I went cross country. The miles are flat there, so I could do 40+ miles a day in the Basin. By then, most thru-hikers should be able to do at least 30. Good luck! :)
