best route for cycling senior

I am quite a fit 66 year old woman thinking I would do best cycling El Camino. Which route would you recommend given that I prefer flatter, serene terrain with fewer people?

El Camino is pretty flat, but if you want to minimize the number of people you encounter, then take el Camino del Norte (the northern route). Good luck and tell me how it goes!
