Hello Francis,
I see you've done the big three hikes in the United States, but nothing in Canada. The Trans Canada Trail is a massive network, spanning thousands of kilometres between Newfoundland and the Yukon. It was started as a major government initiative in 1992, the 125th anniversary of Confederation, and should be nearly completed by the end of 2017.
I've walked short portions of the trail in New Brunswick. These sections ran through Fredericton, where old train tracks used to lie. You probably won't find challenging trails until you get into the Rocky Mountains, then up to the Arctic territories. Whether you choose the Yukon or British Columbia, the total distance from east to west would probably exceed 8000 kilometres.
Any interest?

Re: Trans Canada Trail
Wow! That is tempting! It would be hard to do it in one year, but I'm sure someone can. Someone who doesn't mind mosquitoes and cold.
