Francis,
I Googled you and saw that you went to Harvard Business School (HBS). That's really impressive and it's a school I dream about going to everyday. If you don't mind, I have a few questions about HBS.

1. How did it shape your career? What value has it added to your life?

2. How did you get in? How did you pay for it? What approach would be best when applying?

3. What was your biggest lesson learned? What would you do differently, if given the chance?
1. It gave me an insurance policy. It allowed me to take risks. It let me make an unconventional HBS career because I knew I could fall back and do a conventional HBS career. It added friends and lessons to my life.

2. I got in my making an original and appealing application. Try to stand out.
I paid for it by taking $50k in loans and paying $30k in cash. Most do something similar.
The best application is one that makes an admissions officer say, "We need this guy."

3. Biggest lesson learned was not to take it too seriously. I didn't.
I'm not sure if I would have done anything differently. It's all about tradeoffs.

Good luck!
