Photos

There are many more photos on the hiker and journal pages, but these are fun ones that didn't have a home.

Most were taken during our 4-day, 80-mile adventure over Memorial Day in Yosemite. As usual, we encountered empty trails, especially once we got far out.

A camp site at last!

There was snow everywhere, but we finally found a little spot where we could camp. This was May 28.

Cartwheel descending the snow covered mountain

She loves when it's a bit steeper so she can get on her butt and slide down the snow! Wheeeeeee!

Which way should we go?

Cartwheel crossing the stream

Although she's crossed a streams that are much more challenging than this one, she's always a bit nervous. It's the Cartwheel paradox: she's scared, but she always goes for it. She talks like a chicken, but is brave like a bull.
